To start using Return Robin for your returns, you need to sign up and create your account as a Return Robin customer.
There are two ways in which you can create your Return Robin account:
- Create your account with Social using your Google Account OR
- Create your account using your email address
Create your account with Social
At the Return Robin portal, Select Sign up with Google and enter your Google account details.
This registration process is straightforward. Using your Google account, you may register for the Return Robin without creating a password or filling out any other fields.
Create your account using your email address
Alternatively, you can sign up using your email address.
At the Return Robin portal,
- Enter your email address and phone number.
- Create a password containing at least one special character, one number, and six letters.
- Confirm that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions and privacy policies.
- Verify that you are a human being rather than a robot and
- Select Create Account
We will send you a 6-digit verification code to the mobile number you have entered to verify it.
Enter the Verification Code that you will receive and click Verify Code to verify your mobile and create your account.
If after a while you have not received a Verification code, you may select Resend verfication code, for a verification code to be sent to you again.
Once your mobile has been verified, your account will be created.
