By choosing Home Collection, you can have your parcel picked up from your home, or any other address you specify.
Step 1: Specify your collection address
If your address is not already registered in the address book, you can add it here and use it for the collection of your return. Select Add new address to add a new address.
You can specify as many addresses as you like. For example, you can set a home address, a neighbour's address, or even your office address!
Step 2: Specify your Order Details
Then you will be asked to add the Order details for your return.
- Enter the Order ID and your email address.
- You may be asked to enter the Order Date depending on the retailer.
Ensure you type the email address associated with the order; otherwise, you cannot create the return.
Step 3. Select the items you wish to return
Depending on the retailer, you may be able to see the items in your order and choose the ones you wish to return.
If your retailer does not provide order details, this step is skipped, and you will be transferred directly to the next step.
Step 4: Provide the reason for the return
Choose the reason for your return from the provided list, or select the 'Other' option to provide your justification in the space provided. If more information is required, you can put it in the additional information.
Step 5: Choose the collection date
Choose any collection date that works best for you from the dates available.
Step 6. Review and confirm your return.
Before confirming the terms and conditions, review the return details and ensure your parcel:
- Only contains items requested for return
- Weighs less than 30 kg.
- It is not more than 120 cm long, and its volume does not exceed 0.23m3.
Step 7. Return Created
Ensure that everything is packed in a single package, bonus points if you use the original packaging.
Prior to the collection date, you will receive both an SMS message and an email informing you of the transaction. The collection return's initial status willbe "Pending".
