Read our detailed article to make sure your package reaches your recipient without any delays. It is usually an excellent practice to confirm that the products you are returning aren't prohibited or restricted from being transmitted before sending them through the mail. Many parcel networks use references to Prohibited and Restricted products to keep up with national and international laws, ensuring that packages are safe to send. It is your responsibility as the sender of the parcel to check if the products you are sending are allowed to be sent out in our parcel networks or if they are not.
