In the unlikely event that the courier fails to attend during the allocated collection time, don't panic.
- Contact our customer services team where we will review the collection details and contact the courier on your behalf.
- Simply login to your Return Robin account, and re-book a collection, or choose a drop-off point that's convenient for you. The option to rebook is normally available within 1 hour of the end of your chosen collection window.
